Product characteristics
♦Spirally corrugated tube
Function: (1) Heat transfer enhancement; (2) Improve the suppleness to avoid the tube plate cracking; (3) Clean groove itself.
♦Arched tube plate
reduce the thermal stress of weld; improve the tube plate suppleness; simplify the structure and save the boiler room space.
♦Complete protection device
Function: deal with the situation of over pressure, over-temperature, water shortage and flame out.
♦Up-tube layout
Function: (1) Avoid the bulging on boiler drum; (2) Promote the water cycle (3)clean the sediment in the boiler bottom.
♦Airfoil flue
Function: Lower the high temperature of tube plate flue gas. And then reduce the thermal load of the boiler bottom.
♦The return water injector
Function: Increase the reliability of the water circulation and avoid the booster caused by the poor circulation.

Packing and shipping
1.When transport, the boiler body and large auxiliary equipments (platform, chimney, economizer, etc ) are nude packed or tied up.
2.the smaller auxiliary equipments are encased by using the strong intensity wooden or plywood box.
3.The products could be transported by ship and train, customers could designate the ports.
4.If necessary, the small auxiliaries could be transported by air.
