Henan Yinchen Boiler Group Co.,Ltd was founded at the beginning of 1976, which has a registered capital of 51.66 million. Its headquarters is in the industrial district inFucaolou town, Taikang county of Henan province.
The production factory is adjacent to Yong Deng high-speed, and the 311 national road is also through this district, so it has very convenient transportation conditions.
Besides, it is one of the key leading enterprises which firstly get the National Boiler Manufacturing License. With the manufacturing license qualification of "B" class boiler and "D2"class pressure vessel, it is director of China Industrial Boiler Association, member unit of China Welding Association and the enterprise of emphasizing the contract and credit in Henan province.

Product introduction
DZL series biomass boiler is a horizontal three-way water fire tube boiler. Arrange the threaded pipe in the drum, on both sides have the water wall tube, front and back arch with a new type of energy-saving furnace arch, the use of light small scale chain grate is more conducive to the combustion of biomass fuels, with a blower, induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation, and equipped with a slag machine to achieve automatic slag.
The fuel from the coal bucket fell to the grate, enter into the furnace for combustion, the flame after the back arch refraction upward through the body both sides burning chamber turn to the front smoke box, and then by the front smoke box to the threaded pipe in inside of the drum, after through the back smoke box into the economizer, and then by the induced draft fan pump the smoke into the atmosphere through the chimney flue .

1. What size of fuel should be used?
Size requirement of coal: 6-25mm
Size requirement of blending coal: <50mm (the coal less than 6mm should less than 30%)
Diameter of biomass particle:6~10mm, length:25~50mm, water-content < 15%, ash-content < 2%
2. Do you want to know the combustion mode?
Coal-fired (biomass) boiler, the combustion mode is layer combustion. Layer combustion is to place the flue on the fixed or moved grate, to form an evenly fuel bed with a certain thickness. Air comes from the bottom of grate, and combustion occurred on the fuel bed.
