Q- What is your payment term ?
A- Usually it would be 30% deposit payment, 70% balance before delivery. T/T, L/C and other way.
Q- Are your company is a trading company or a factory?
A- We are a 20 years old industrial boiler factory, specializing in OIL and GAS and Coal fired steam boiler.
Q- What is the warranty for boilers?
A- Our company promises all the accessories can be changed for new ones because of quality problems within 3 years, and the boiler host has Lifetime Warranty.
Q- Can we get installation and commissioning service ?
A-Y es, our engineers are available for your need, but the relative cost needs to be paid.
Q- What about the delivery ?
A-Usually it will take about 35-45 days for pressured boilers, and 25-30 days for non-pressured boilers. Double confirmation shall be necessary before ordering.
