WNS series gas/oil fired steam boiler is horizontal three pass fire tube wet back full automatic steam boiler. It normally suitable for 500kg to 20ton/h capacity, use all kinds of gas and oil fuels,such as natural gas, LPG,LNG,CNG,city gas,town gas,biogas, diesel oil,heavy oil etc.

1.When transport, the boiler body and large auxiliary equipments (platform, chimney, economizer, etc ) are nude packed or tied up.
2.the smaller auxiliary equipments are encased by using the strong intensity wooden or plywood box.
3.The products could be transported by ship and train, customers could designate the ports.
4.If necessary, the small auxiliaries could be transported by airplane.
Q- What is your payment term ?
A-Usually it would be 30% deposit payment, 70% balance before delivery. T/T, L/C and other way.
Q- Are your company is a trading company or a factory?
A-We are a 20 years old industrial boiler factory, specializing in OIL and GAS and Coal fired steam boiler.
Q- What is the warranty for boilers?
A-Our company promises all the accessories can be changed for new ones because of quality problems within 3 years, and the boiler host has Lifetime Warranty.
Q- Can we get installation and commissioning service ?
A-Yes, our engineers are available for your need, but the relative cost needs to be paid.
Q- What about the delivery ?
A-Usually it will take about 35-45 days for pressured boilers, and 25-30 days for non-pressured boilers. Double confirmation shall be necessary before ordering.
